Arla Ko® Herrgård® is creamy and sweet with a creamy and firm texture. The taste is mild with notes of hazelnut. Grate the cheese as a topping for fruit bread or open it and just eat it as is. Herrgård® began to be manufactured in the 19th century and is still today one of the most popular cheeses. Arla Ko® Herrgård® is made in Kalmar based on dairy fresh milk from Swedens Arlagårdar.
