What is a Seafood Yacht?
It is our signature: a long, boat-shaped platter dressed with langoustines, prawns, crab claws and lobster, with crayfish in season. We build each one by hand from seafood we buy at the Gothenburg fish auction, and bring it to your event.
Every menu is put together for your event. Next to the platters we can bring our skagenröra, sauces and other Swedish delicacies.

How it works
- Tell us about your event. The date, the place and roughly how many guests is enough to start.
- We suggest a menu and a price. Platters, sides and quantities, put together for your guests.
- We choose your seafood at the auction. It is bought in Gothenburg and comes to Switzerland on our own truck.
- We build the Seafood Yacht and bring it to you. We set it up at your venue, and our team can serve on site.
The moment it arrives
From one table to a full hall
A single Seafood Yacht makes a centrepiece for a dinner at home. For larger events we set up several along the buffet, with sauces, skagenröra and plates alongside, so your guests can serve themselves.
We have served in historic halls, gardens, vineyard terraces and mountain chalets, from Lake Geneva to the Alps.
