The Classic Skagenröra is a perfect delicacy and product for a lunch, a starter dish for a dinner or a side dish for a seafood meal. It is a simple yet delicious Swedish traditional shrimp mix that requires no preparation, as it is enjoyed cold directly from the fridge.
The Skagenröra is made using the finest shrimps, mayonnaise, and dill, combined to create a natural and fresh seafood product. The shrimps are cooked with seawater and salt immediately after being caught.
Due to the premium ingredients and preparation, the Skagenröra is a delightful and easy-to-serve dish. It can be enjoyed on top of bread or as an addition to any seafood meal.
Our family recipe has been used for generations and our Classic Skagenröra is one of the most loved products we offer.
