Description
Fresh Norwegian salmon fillet from Bømlo – firm, bright orange and full of flavour. Cut by hand to the weight you choose on Thursday morning and packed fresh for you: ready in Zollikon from Thursday, delivered to your door on Friday, or ready at Morges market on Saturday.

We always aim for the exact weight you order. Every piece is cut by hand, so it can differ slightly, and when it does, you usually get a little more rather than less.
How to cook it
- Pan-fry skin side down until crisp, or bake in the oven at 180 °C for 12–15 minutes
- Cure it at home as gravlax with our gravlax recipe
- Serve with our hovmästarsås or a cold dill and crème fraîche sauce

We choose our fish and shellfish at the Gothenburg fish auction every Wednesday and drive it to Switzerland ourselves. Order by Monday 22:00 for delivery on Friday or free pickup. Or come by and choose for yourself: our shop in Zollikon is open Wednesday to Saturday, and our stand at Morges Market every Saturday.
