The small, exclusive smoked shrimps are a perfect delicacy for social meals at special occasions or gatherings with family and friends. They are a simple yet delicious crustacean that requires no preparation, as they are enjoyed cold directly from the fridge.

The shrimps are first cooked with seawater and salt immediately after being caught. Then, they are gently smoked to impart a rich, aromatic flavor while maintaining their natural freshness. This careful smoking process results in a shrimp with a distinctive smoky taste.

Peeled one at a time, these smoked shrimps add a unique feature to your lunch or dinner. Enjoy them naturally as they are, or serve them on top of some bread with butter, aioli, or mayonnaise.
