How to order fresh Swedish seafood in Switzerland
October 27, 2026 – Fiskskaldjur
Fiskskaldjur sells fresh fish and shellfish from Sweden to customers across Switzerland. Here is how ordering works, step by step.
1. Choose your seafood
Browse the shop and add products to your cart. The minimum order is CHF 100. Looking for something that is not in the shop? Call us on +41 78 308 11 17 or email info@fiskskaldjur.ch before Monday and we will see what we can bring from Gothenburg.
2. Order by Monday 22:00
Orders placed by Monday 22:00 are ready on Friday of the same week, or from Thursday if you collect in Zollikon. Orders placed later go into the following week.
3. Home delivery or pickup
- Home delivery: CHF 29 anywhere in Switzerland, whatever the size of your order, delivered on Friday.
- Pickup in Zollikon: free, at our shop at Alte Landstrasse 93, 8702 Zollikon.
- Pickup in Morges: free, at our stand at the Saturday market, Grand-Rue 1, 1110 Morges, 8:00–13:00.
How fresh is it?
We choose our seafood at the Gothenburg fish auction on Wednesday morning, and our own truck brings it to Switzerland. Nothing waits at a wholesaler along the way.
Storing your order
Keep fish and shellfish in the fridge at 0–2 °C. Each product page tells you how long the product keeps.

Not sure where to start? Try cold-smoked salmon in slices, classic skagenröra or fresh cooked shrimps.
