Salmon Fillet

Sold by weight – CHF 69 per kg. Choose how much salmon you want in steps of 100 g, from 300 g to 2 kg; need more, simply increase the quantity. We cut and pack your fish fresh on Thursday morning, straight after the Gothenburg fish auction.

We always aim for the exact weight you order. Every piece is cut by hand, so it can differ slightly, and when it does, you usually get a little more rather than less.

Fresh salmon fillet from Bömlo, Norway. Firm, bright orange and full of flavour, cut fresh on Thursday morning.

Perfect pan-fried skin side down until crisp, baked in the oven at 180 °C for 12–15 minutes, or cured at home as gravlax. Serve with our hovmästarsås or a cold dill and crème fraîche sauce.
