Description
Lemon sole fillets, sorted and cut with care. A delicate flatfish with fine, sweet white flesh, a favourite on the Swedish west coast.

We always aim for the exact weight you order. Every piece is cut by hand, so it can differ slightly, and when it does, you usually get a little more rather than less.
How to cook it
Fry gently in butter for a couple of minutes on each side and finish with lemon, or bake in the oven with butter and dill. Serve with potatoes and a cold crème fraîche sauce.
We buy your fish at the Gothenburg fish auction on Wednesday morning, then cut and pack it fresh for you on Thursday morning. Ready in Zollikon from Thursday, delivered to your door on Friday.
