Haddock Fillet

Sold by weight – CHF 59 per kg. Choose how much haddock you want in steps of 100 g, from 300 g to 2 kg; need more, simply increase the quantity. We cut and pack your fish fresh on Thursday morning, straight after the Gothenburg fish auction.

We always aim for the exact weight you order. Every piece is cut by hand, so it can differ slightly, and when it does, you usually get a little more rather than less.

The fresh haddock fillets from Gothenburg, Sweden, are of high quality and freshness: large fillets cut in the morning and selected to be of the highest standard.

Easily prepared by pan-frying with lemon, salt, pepper and a generous amount of butter, or breaded with flour, egg and breadcrumbs for a proper fish and chips.

At the auction we inspect the boxes left in the early morning by the fishing boats and select the freshest and finest haddock.
