Fresh Swedish fish and shellfish, delivered in Switzerland
Fiskskaldjur is a family fish business from Gothenburg. The family has sold fish there since 1974 and made its first delivery to Switzerland in 2021. Today we run a shop in Zollikon near Zurich and a stand at the Saturday market in Morges, and we deliver to homes across Switzerland every Friday.
From the Gothenburg fish auction to your table
Every Wednesday morning we choose fish and shellfish at the Gothenburg fish auction. Our own truck leaves the same morning and arrives in Zollikon on Thursday morning. Nothing passes through a wholesaler on the way.
What we sell
- Fresh fish and fillets from the auction
- Cooked shellfish: shrimps, langoustines, crab claws, lobster, mussels
- Smoked and cured fish: gravlax, cold-smoked and warm-smoked salmon
- Swedish herring, Skagenröra, roe and sauces, prepared in our own kitchen in Gothenburg
- Swedish groceries
How to order
Order online by Monday 22:00 for delivery on Friday (CHF 29, anywhere in Switzerland) or free pickup in Zollikon or Morges. Minimum order CHF 100. You are also welcome to come by the shop and choose for yourself.
