1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop fiskskaldjur.ch. The shop is operated by Componia AG, Pilatusstrasse 28, 6052 Hergiswil, Switzerland ("Fiskskaldjur", "we"). Shop: Alte Landstrasse 93, 8702 Zollikon. Email: info@fiskskaldjur.ch. Phone: +41 78 308 11 17.

2. Orders

Our product pages are an invitation to order. By completing checkout you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The minimum order value is CHF 100. Orders placed by Monday 22:00 are delivered on Friday of the same week or can be picked up from Thursday (Zollikon) or on Saturday (Morges). Orders placed later go into the following week. Special order deadlines may apply on holidays and are shown in the shop.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include any applicable VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Products sold by weight are cut by hand, so the delivered weight may differ slightly from the ordered weight. Payment is taken at checkout with the methods shown there.

4. Delivery and pickup

We deliver chilled within Switzerland on the delivery day stated at checkout. Please make sure someone can receive the delivery, or tell us where it can be left in a cool place. Risk passes to you on delivery or pickup. Store products in the fridge at 0–2 °C straight away and follow the shelf life stated on each product page.

5. Complaints and returns

Fresh and perishable food cannot be returned. Complaints about quality, missing or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Details are in our refund policy.

6. Availability

Our range depends on the catch and the auction each week. If a product is not available, we will contact you and offer a replacement or refund the product.

7. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Allergen and preparation information is given on each product page; please contact us if you have questions before ordering.

8. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain reserved.
