It all began organically. Customers in Gothenburg started bringing our fish and seafood products in their suitcases when flying home to Switzerland. At the same time, Swedish customers proudly introduced our products to Swiss friends who were visiting. Interest grew, and so did demand.
When we later opened stores in Stockholm, the same pattern repeated itself. Our products crossed borders naturally, and the response from Switzerland was strong. In 2021, the family saw the opportunity to fully commit.
The idea of one day selling outside Sweden had existed since childhood. When the demand in Switzerland became so clear and natural, we took the step.
Today, we operate two stores in Stockholm and three in Gothenburg. Every morning, we purchase fish and seafood directly from the Gothenburg fish auction, from the night’s fresh catch. In our own production kitchen, we fillet the fish, cook the shellfish, and prepare Swedish delicacies before packing everything into our refrigerated vehicles for express delivery to Switzerland.
We now have a store in Zollikon, Zürich, as well as a market stand every Saturday in Morges, just outside Lausanne. Each week, we also carry out home deliveries throughout Switzerland.
Tim and Joakim have now moved to Switzerland to stay close to customers and further develop the business locally. Alongside them, Anna is bringing both expertise and a deep personal connection to the products she grew up with and missed as a Swiss-Swedish citizen.
Together, we form a team that combines Swedish craftsmanship, family tradition, and a strong local presence in Switzerland. Our goal is simple: to bring a touch of gold to everyday life for both Scandinavians and Swiss customers through authentic, fresh, and carefully selected products.
