Description
Small Swedish shrimps, cooked in seawater and salt right after the catch and then gently smoked – a rich, aromatic flavour with all the freshness of the sea. No preparation needed: enjoy them cold, straight from the fridge.
Weight
- Sold by weight – CHF 70 per kg
- Choose from 300 g to 2 kg in steps of 100 g; for more, simply increase the quantity
We always aim for the exact weight you order. Packed by hand, it can differ slightly, and when it does, you usually get a little more rather than less.
How to serve them
- Peel them one by one and eat them as they are – a great apéro
- On bread with butter, aioli or mayonnaise
- Serve them next to cooked shrimps so your guests can taste the difference
