The crabs are cooked with salt, dill and beer. To produce a tasty crab with great balance of crab taste and flavouring it is important that the crab contains a lot of meat. This is why we select well-filled crabs to provice a consistent product of the highest quality.
The crabs are easily split in half by a large kitchen knife. lay the crab on its back and make a firm cut. crack the claws with the back of the knife and strike the claws on the inside. Break the claws with your hand.

We choose our fish and shellfish at the Gothenburg fish auction every Wednesday and drive it to Switzerland ourselves. Order by Monday 22:00 for delivery on Friday or free pickup. Or come by and choose for yourself: our shop in Zollikon is open Wednesday to Saturday, and our stand at Morges Market every Saturday.
