The small, exclusive shrimps are a perfect delicacy for social meals at special occasions or gatherings with family or friends. It is a simple yet delicious crustacean requiring no preparation as they can be enjoyed cold directly from the fridge.
The shrimps are cooked with seawater and salt immediately after being caught in the cold waters of Sweden, resulting in a natural and fresh seafood product.
Due to the freshness and quality we provide, by sorting the finest shrimps from the most meticulous Swedish fishing boats and transporting it ourselves directly to you in Switzerland, they are very easy to peel.
They are peeled one at a time, which adds a unique feature to the lunch or dinner, and either eaten natural as they are or on top of some bread with butter, aioli or mayonnaise.

We choose our fish and shellfish at the Gothenburg fish auction every Wednesday and drive it to Switzerland ourselves. Order by Monday 22:00 for delivery on Friday or free pickup. Or come by and choose for yourself: our shop in Zollikon is open Wednesday to Saturday, and our stand at Morges Market every Saturday.
