Japanese Hokkaido Scallops are premium scallops sourced from Japan's Hokkaido region. We provide large and high quality mussels with only the meat, no shell.
Ideal for a starter dish or part of a main course. They are easy to prepare and bring a nice extra touch to any meal, but make sure to not over-cook.

We choose our fish and shellfish at the Gothenburg fish auction every Wednesday and drive it to Switzerland ourselves. Order by Monday 22:00 for delivery on Friday or free pickup. Or come by and choose for yourself: our shop in Zollikon is open Wednesday to Saturday, and our stand at Morges Market every Saturday.
