Our Hovmästarsås is a classic Swedish mustard sauce, perfect for complementing cooked crab or gravlax. It is also know as gravlax sauce as it is a given complement to gravlax (a salted salmon with dill and pepper)
This unique sauce is made from our family recipe featuring a blend of mustard and spices, creating a flavorful lean sauce. It pairs exceptionally well with gravlax, offering a delicious and authentic Nordic experience.

We choose our fish and shellfish at the Gothenburg fish auction every Wednesday and drive it to Switzerland ourselves. Order by Monday 22:00 for delivery on Friday or free pickup. Or come by and choose for yourself: our shop in Zollikon is open Wednesday to Saturday, and our stand at Morges Market every Saturday.
