After our fantastic evening at Gaillard et Fils in the spring we want to create something even greater. It will be an amazing and unforgettable event. We are happy to invite you to a one of a kind "Kräftskiva", Crayfish party, Swedish style with cooked crayfish and langoustines. Between the grape trees, right before harvest period, at the Gaillard et Fils vineyard in Lavaux we will host the most unique crayfish party ever in Europe.

Enjoy a generous buffet of freshly cooked Crayfish, Langoustines and Scandinavian delicacies, paired with high-quality wines from Gaillard, a family-run vineyard known for its craftsmanship and terroir. Wines will be ordered and paid separately during the evening and served by our professional staff. Beer, soft drinks and coffee will also be available to buy.
