The fresh haddock fillets from Gothenburg, Sweden, are of high quality and freshness. Haddock is a widely accessible fish at the fish auction. It is large fillets cut in the morning and selected to be of the highest standard.
The fresh haddock fillets are easily prepared by pan-frying. Season the fillets with lemon, salt, and pepper, and fry them in a pan with generous amount of butter, or bread the fillets using flour, eggs and breadcrumbs to make some fish and chips with potatoes or pommes frites.
At the auction, we inspect the various boxes left in the early morning by the fishing boats in Gothenburg, Sweden. We then select the freshest and finest haddock fillets of the highest quality by meticulously inspecting the fish in the boxes.
