This Home-made Fish Gratin we make in our kitchen in Gothenburg, a traditional Swedish seafood dish that is loved and that we have been providing for decades.
Heat up in the microwave or in the oven. The fish gratin is already cooked, so you only need to make it warm. The fish is boneless and vary from week to week, but we choose between different white fish fillet Cod, Haddock, Witch, Brill, depending on which is the best for the week.
Highly recommended as a lunch, or even dinner when you dont have time to make yourself. Easy to prepare and very tasty. A quick luxurious meal.
Preparation: Microwave for 3-4minutes or oven 150 degrees, 15minutes
