Klädesholmens Kaviar is a traditional Scandinavian seafood product used as a topping on bread for breakfast and light meals. Also commonly put on egg halves.
It is a unique and very tasty seafood product. 

The Kaviar has a high roe content and a rich smoky flavor. It is made of smoked and salted cod roe with tomato paste.
