Our home-made fish cakes are a nordic traditional seafood product perfect for a quick lunch or a dinner served with potatoes and a tasty sauce. You can enjoy them either cold and warm, as they are already cooked.
 

The fish cakes are made using fine whitefish fillets of a great variety; cod, haddock, hake, monkfish and saith. They are fried in butter to create a tasty and juicy seafood product.
 

Our family recipe has been used for generations and our Fish Cakes has been enjoyed for many years as one of the most loved products we offer.
