Västerbotten Cheese-pie 200g

Our Cheese-pie made out of Västerbotten Cheese is a great compliment to a seafood dinner. It suits perfectly with cooked shellfish as a side dish or in combination with shrimp mix. 

We make it ourselves with the same recipie used for over 30 years and it has always been appreciated. Our cheese pie is a little bit taller than a normal pie which gives a greater amount of creaminess inside. 

Our "Roe sauce" is the perfect sauce together with the pie. The pie is prepare for 15mins in 150 degrees making it perfectly heated to be enjoyed.
