This Home-made Fish Gratin we make in our kitchen in Gothenburg, a traditional Swedish seafood dish that is loved and that we have been providing for decades in our Swedish shops. 
Contains:
Boneless White fish fillet of the day (Cod, Haddock, Witch, Brill) 
Lobster sauce
Shrimps 
Mashed potatoes

Highly recommended as a lunch, or even dinner when you dont have time to make yourself. 
Put in the oven to heat up 150 degrees, 15minutes
or
Put in the microwave for 3-4minutes
