Our premium langoustines are cooked with dill salt and beer. It is an ideal shellfish to serve with friends in an exclusive setting either prepared as an appetizer or as part of a seafood mix together with shrimps, crab claws and lobster.
These crustaceans are rich in taste as we cook them with extensive use of dill, perfectly balanced with added salt and dark beer. To enjoy this product to the fullest you peel it and eat all the meat from the claws and head to the back. They are easily peeled by hand, though the use of a cracker makes it easier to reach the claw meat.
